What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Our swimsuits have a warranty of 18 months from the date of purchase. Within this period, we can sort out any issues with manufacturing faults straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care

Team by choosing one of the below options with:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description and photo of the fault 

Please note, we're unable to cover for damages caused by external factors. We can only cover for manufacturing defects. Please see our care instructions, on how to prevent this from happening.
