I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

Please be aware that your items may have been dispatched in separate parcels. Please refer to your email notifications to determine if any of your items will be arriving separately.

If your order has been shipped in multiple parcels, each delivery note will outline the items contained within. Please review the delivery notes for each part of your order to ensure that nothing is overlooked.

Should you find that an item is missing, kindly Contact Us  using the options provided below. Please include your order number along with the name and number of the missing item. 

We will promptly address the issue and resolve it for you.
