What Should I Do If My Parcel Is Lost or Stolen?


LYRA cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. For example, if you request your parcel to be left at the front door instead of requiring a signature, we cannot be held responsible if it is lost or stolen.


To ensure safe delivery, all parcels are sent out on a premium service that requires signatures. This helps ensure they reach you and limits the possibility of theft or loss.
